Don't just learn what to say. Practise saying it.
Some of the hardest moments of returning to work happen in conversations - not while you are taking a course. With AI-powered practice sessions, you can rehearse realistic situations in a safe space, receive personalised feedback and try again before the real conversation.
Don't just learn what to say. Practise saying it.
Confidence is not built by being told to be confident. It grows through evidence, reflection and practice.
Practise moments such as:
"Tell me about your career break."
"Why are you ready to return now?"
"How have you kept your skills current?"
"What are your salary expectations?"
"What flexibility are you looking for?"
"Why should we consider you after time away from the workforce?"

The story behind EmpowHer
EmpowHer began with a question that was personal to me.
I’ve spent much of my life finding my own path - building a career, becoming a mother, founding Ventura Learning, and continuing to ask myself, what next?
And despite everything I had achieved, there were moments when I questioned whether I was ready for that next step.
Over the years, I realised I wasn’t alone. I saw incredibly capable women around me carrying those same doubts.
That stayed with me. It shaped my doctoral research and led me to a deeply personal realisation: being capable and feeling ready are not always the same thing.
EmpowHer comes from that journey.
I hope it becomes a place where women find the confidence to see in themselves what they are already capable of.
At the end, we don't want you to simply know more.
We want you to be able to say:
- I know what I bring.
- I can communicate my value with confidence.
- I can handle difficult questions about my career break.
- I can make informed decisions about role, compensation and flexibility.
- I have a realistic plan for my return.
I'm ready to move forward.
